Baker Wannabe

One of my greatest challenge of a Baker Wannabe is how to keep myself from finishing all the goodies! LOL! I have mentioned earlier that one of the reasons I love to bake is because I love to eat cakes! My desire to learn how to bake has increased ever since we lived here in Thailand. You see, several years ago, you can only count the coffee shops and bakeshops here Hat Yai city. If ever you see one, the cakes are either too pricey or not as delicious. So, I started baking my own cakes starting with my sister and mother’s cake recipes.

But now, there are more coffee and bakeshops in the city, a few of them are my favorite hang out places too. But since I already love to bake, I still bake my own cakes and goodies and give them out to friends on special occasions.  But of course, I tend to eat more than is allowed… so, I hope I won’t get too big from baking all these yummy goodies.
